University of Me

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 21, 2026.

This is a plain-language description of what University of Me collects and how it's used, written to be accurate about how the product actually works today. It is boilerplate, not a policy that a lawyer has reviewed.

What we collect

  • Your email address, used to sign you in. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
  • The course content you create: the topics you choose, any source documents or links you add, and the syllabus, lessons, schedule, and exams generated from them. Uploaded source files are stored with Supabase.
  • If you subscribe, your payment. Billing is handled entirely by Stripe — University of Me does not receive or store your card number.

Who processes it

To generate your course, the content you provide is sent to Anthropic, whose AI models write your lessons, exams, and study materials. If you use audio lessons, the lesson text is also sent to OpenAI to generate the narration. These providers process your content only to produce your course.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data to third parties.

Questions and refund requests

We don't yet have a dedicated support email published for this product — this page will be updated with one as soon as it exists. Refund requests, once that contact is in place, will go there and be handled case by case; we don't have a fixed refund window, percentage, or guarantee to state here.

Changes

University of Me is an early-stage product and this page will change as it does. We'll update the date above when it does.
